MUSCLE RESPONSE TESTING

Muscle Response Testing (MRT) or Applied Kinesiology (AK) or manual muscle testing (MMT) was first developed as an alternative medicine technique by George Goodheart Jr. in 1964. This technique observes muscle response from the brain to the muscle in order to diagnose structural, biochemical, emotional and electromagnetic ailments. MRT can also be used to identify food intolerances, other types of sensitivities and to rectify allergies.

This test is not a measure of muscle strength. A muscle used will lock or unlock in response to being challenged by different stimuli or stressors such as thoughts, stress, test vials, foods, cosmetics, etc.

MRT aims to identify imbalances in the body and to rebalance the energy flow using solutions like nutrition or any other means available to the practitioner.
